Remote Support Client Program

This is the main remote support client program. It will not write to your registry and is XP and Vista compatible. Please contact our support department and obtain an ID code prior to connecting. If you do not already have a support contract then you will need to pay a $33.00 per 30minute block for support. If you have a support contract then you have 1 hour of support included per month in your contract. Outside this hour you can pay $22.00 per 30minute block a saving of $11.00.
